TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Ad Light International warranties all products sold for 90 days as of delivery. This warranty is for defective parts and labor only. Damage due to misuse, act of God, theft are not covered.
- Payments on all orders are as follows:
- One half (1/2) of order with order (non-refundable).
- Other half (1/2) due C.O.D. (all sales are final).
- Payment must be in the form of check, credit card, debit card, money order, EFT, or PayPal.
- Ad Light International requires approval of proof prior to printing. Once proof is approved all sales are final.
- Customer agrees that all patents, trademarks, information, trade secrets, design and distribution of Ad Light products are confidential.
- Customer agrees not to resale, redesign, or share this information on products sold by Ad Light International.
- All orders must be made through Ad Light International or one of its approved distributors.
- Customer agrees to all terms and conditions and understands breach of terms will make said person, company, corporation, sole proprietor liable for financial loss.
